Privacy Policy

Pivot ("the app," "we," "us") is developed by Parker T. Jones. This policy explains what information Pivot collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Pivot collects only what's needed to route you to the correct broadcast based on your fantasy football roster:

• Account information. When you create a Pivot account, we collect your email address and store authentication credentials securely through our database provider, Supabase.
• Fantasy league data. If you connect a Sleeper account, Pivot receives your league and roster information via Sleeper's API in order to determine which players are on your team. If you enter a league manually, we store only what you enter.
• Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token (via Apple's Push Notification service, routed through Expo's push infrastructure) so we can send you game-time alerts. We do not have access to the content of any other notifications on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

Pivot does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, the App Store's privacy disclosures before the change ships.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and keep it secure
• To sync your fantasy roster and determine which broadcast to route you to
• To send push notifications you've opted into (e.g., game start alerts)
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Pivot relies on the following third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through them:

• Sleeper — for fantasy league and roster data, if you choose to connect a Sleeper account
• Supabase — for account authentication and database storage
• Apple / Expo push services — for delivering push notifications

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the app, under Settings. Deleting your account removes your stored league data, push tokens, and authentication credentials from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Pivot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us using the information below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Pivot after a change means you accept the updated policy.
